Shipping policy

At Philoshoppy  we design our in-house products in Greece, and use different artisans and small European businesses to produce the products manually. Additionally we offer products from different providers around the world. This approach aims in finding the best partners to produce excellent quality products while being able to propose a wider range of products. In order to reduce stock wastes, and shipping time, some products will be shipped directly from the producer or reseller, whereas other ones will be shipped from our headquarters in Greece. Therefore delivery origin,  timeline and cost may vary between products within a specific order.

Time and delivery costs will vary according to origin, and destination, and delivery company. For remote areas the delivery times will most probably be longer than for big cities. European deliveries will most probably be cheaper and shorter than for overseas deliveries.

For Products leaving our Headquarters in Greece, please bear in mind that we keep our in-house stocks limited as we are a small business. The time of shipping will vary according to the in-house stocks.  For in-stock items, we aim at dispatching the products within 1-5 working days. For out-of-stock items, dispatching time will be longer, approximately 15 days. Products will be shipped using Hellenic Post recommended requiring a signature upon reception.  Delivery times will depend of the final destination. As a reference, European destinations are usually delivered within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that these timelines are longer during Holiday seasons and because of the Pandemic.

For products shipped from our partners in the U.K, France, Germany and Spain, Latvia, Poland they should be shipped within 5-10 days using mixed private delivery companies. Delivery Times may vary from a few days to a few weeks.

For products shipped from our partners outside the European Union, delivery times may vary up to 5 weeks.

For some Countries, you may incur additional charges beyond our control. This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as administration fees. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country.

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries  can be affected.  When your order is dispatched, we will inform you of which courier was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on their websites as well as local weather news.

If your parcel is being delivered in a European Union Country, you may need to provide some information to your local Delivery service for custom clearance.

For orders with a destination outside the European Union, you will be accountable to provide the right information, and potential additional fees for custom clearance and complete any communication and action required.

Philoshoppy takes no responsability for any tax requirements.
